Shri Basaveshwar Veershaiva Vidyavardhak Sangha, Bagalkot is one of the pioneer and premier educational institutions in the northern region of Karnataka. It was founded by His Holiness Poojya Shri. Gurubasav Mahaswamiji of Bilur in 1906 in Bagalkot, with the help of number of selfless and benevolent persons for the noble cause of spreading education.
